How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings. On your iPhone, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions, find Ditto, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I restore a previous purchase?
Open Ditto and go to the subscription screen. Tap Restore purchase at the bottom. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to originally subscribe.
I started a free trial — when will I be charged?
Your free trial lasts 7 days. After that, your subscription begins and you'll be charged through your Apple ID. You'll receive a reminder notification before the trial ends.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your journal entries are private to you and never used to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I export my data?
Data export is coming soon. In the meantime, email us at dittosupport@gmail.com and we'll help you manually.
